Unlock your inner energy from a chair in this uplifting yoga experience. Through gentle movement, breathwork, yogic meditation and focused awareness, you’ll awaken your vitality and clarity. We will finish the class with soothing sound-healing instruments, allowing you to deeply relax. All levels welcome - just bring some water and a blanket (optional).
