Join us for family-friendly yoga sessions (with a few words in Irish) based on the yoga book Diarmuid agus an Mata Yoga: Draíochta sanamasóin. Parents/guardians can take part in these sessions with their children.

There are two sessions:

16th July 10:00am-11:am (Rush Library)

16th July 11:15am-12:15pm (Rush Library)
