To coincide with Weaving the Threads of  Heritage, a contemporary art exhibition inspired by
Fingal's textile heritage and manufacturing legacy, curator Petra Skyvova will lead a demonstration of traditional spinning alongside guided tours of the exhibition. Petra will be in the Ardgillan Gallery with her spinning wheel and plant dyed wool samples during the dates and times below, performing demonstrations and tours for visitors to the exhibition.

This is a free event, no booking required.

This project is funded by Creative Fingal through the Creative Ireland Programme.
