Two in three adults over 50 have high blood pressure, but half don’t know it. The Irish Health Foundation’s Mobile Health Unit will be visiting libraries to offer free health checks. Expert nurses will check your blood pressure and pulse and provide heart health advice to help reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke.
Any individual having a health check must be over 18.
