Welcome to Events Calendar

The Three Island Challenge 2025 will feature Currach teams from Mayo, Donegal, Clare, Down and Dublin along with rowers from Albany Annapolis and Boston in the 7km circuit around the Skerries Islands. Teams are mixed and the fastest boat will win the cup originally won in the 1959 race for the East Coast Currach Championships held in Skerries. Now in its seventh year, the Three Island Challenge is one of the highlights of the Currach calendar.
