This is a free event, to reserve a place please use the eventbrite link.
For years, family history has been researched with traditional records like the census and birth, death, and marriage records. However, DNA tests are now increasingly employed to add to paper-based sources. They are often the first port of call for adoptees or someone who has an unknown ancestor. Many people have taken a test and don’t understand how to use it. This talk explains how DNA tests work, which one is best for your research and how to
maximise their potential for your own family.
