The Chapel venue inside the castle grounds will be the setting for Wavin' Words, a more intimate stage for young poets to slam, perform or read their poems, alongside some of the best slam poets on the Irish scene right now, including All-Ireland Slam Champion 2022, Leon Dunne and Wexford's Poet Laureate, Sasha Terfous.  

The Poetry is Dead Podcast will be recording live and chatting poetry to anyone and everyone, and Sheila Ryder will be hosting and helping make the magic happen.  

Anyone who would like to perform just DM us your name and number on Instagram @wavinwords or email sheila.ryder@fingal.ie and we'll be in touch. And if you get the urge to perform on the day don't worry, we'll be saving a few spots!
