Coding Bracelet Workshop

A workshop for kids to learn about the language of computers, binary, and make a bracelet spelling their name using binary code.

Eco Suncatcher Windchimes & Eco Fridge Magnets

To celebrate Earth Day, use mason jar lids, contact paper, and gathered foliage with sturdy twigs to create natural chimes. We will also make fridge magnets with paper butterflies, bottlecaps, and multicoloured gems.

'Weaving the Threads of Heritage' - A Contemporary Art Exhibition Inspired by Fingal's Textile Heritage and Manufacturing Legacy

Opening on Saturday 12th April 2025 at 2 pm followed by a talk: 

Balbriggan Stockings on the Global Stage by historian Dr Cora McDonagh 

in the Castle Drawing Room at 3 pm.

This exhibition will run until Sunday 11th May, 2025.

Tai Chi with Stephen Pentony

Tai Chi is a low impact, slow motion exercise. In this four-week course, Stephen Pentony will guide you through the graceful movements and health benefits of this Chinese practice. Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended. Please note: This workshop involves physical movement. If you have issues with mobility or balance, please consult your doctor to help you decide if this event is right for you.

This is a four week course on 4th April, 11th April, 25th April and 2nd May from 2:00pm-3:00pm
